Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted for a return.

4. Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size mismatch, changed your mind), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time (7 Days)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to officially post the refund to your account.
